How to enable IE10 (Internet Explorer 10) compatibility on Remote Web Browser page?

You can access DIGIEVER NVR via Windows IE10 (Internet Explorer 10) by upgrading DIGIEVER NVR to firmware 2.1.0.49 or above or clicking the compatibility view button on the address bar.

 

Method 1. Upgrading DIGIEVER NVR to firmware 2.1.0.49 or above

Through upgrading DIGIEVER NVR to firmware 2.1.0.49, users can easily access DIGIEVER NVR via Windows IE11 without compatible issue.

Method 2. Clicking the compatibility view button on the address 
When visiting DIGIEVER NVR via IE10, you might find it does not look like what you expect it to. The background color of login page might be black, instead of blue, After you login DIGIEVER NVR, the configuration menu might not be well-fitted in the browser.

That is because of the compatibility of IE browser.


When you meet above situations, please click the compatibility view button on the address bar like below picture. After applying the setting, the background will change back to blue and other UI (user interface) layout will be displayed normally.

* Currently, DIGIEVER NVR does not supports 64 bit Internet Explorer browser.
