Why I cannot save snapshot from Web User Interface (IE browser) playback?

Error Code 5
System error code 5 means "Access is denied." This error code may also display as "ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED" or as the value 0x5.

To save a image file to certain folder to a remote PC when using web user interface playback, user may need administrator autherization from Internet Explorer browser.

Although user enters PC as the administrator, system default is using normal user authorization to run Internet Explorer browser. Basically, Windows Vista/7/8 might encounter this problem.

Please click "Start", and right click on Internet Explorer icon. Choose ‘Run as administrator’, and an IE window will be opened.

Please follow normal process to access DIGIEVER NVR again. 

Now you should be able to save the snapshot from web user interface playback.
