Why I cannot operate the PTZ camera in second monitor of dual display?

For DIGIEVER NVR, Video Wall Station products, when the users use Joystick in the first monitor as the main monitor in dual display, users can not operate the PTZ function of PTZ camera in the second monitor.
 
  • DS-4X00 Pro+, DS-4X00-RM Pro+, DS-4X00-RMP Pro+, DS-8X00-RM Pro+, DS-8X00-RMP Pro+, DS-16X00-RM Pro+, and MN Series provide HDMI and VGA port for local display to connect at the same time for video output.
When users use Joystick to operate the PTZ function of two screens, only in Screen 1 (HDMI) can work.
 
  • DS-1100 Pro+, DS-2100 Pro+, and VD-0000 Series provide HDMI and DVI-I port for local display to connect at the same time for video output.
When you use Joystick to operate the PTZ function of two screens, only in Screen 1 (HDMI) can work.
 
  • DS-2100 UHD and VD-0000 UHD Series provide HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 port for local display to connect at the same time for video output.
When you use Joystick to operate the PTZ function of two screens, only in Screen 1 (HDMI 1) can work.

＊ Therefore, please make sure the PTZ cameras all in the Screen 1 (HDMI or HDMI 1).
