Why can I not able to see the recorded video on remote playback page sometimes after 2016?

Case Description

You'd like to remotely view video recorded in 2016 via remote web browsers and encounter the situation as below:

1. You can find cameras on camera list

2. NVR can display its footage on time table when you select the cameras

3. There is no video displayed after clicking "play" button

 

Solution

Due to 2016 is the leap year, in certain timezone, it may occasionally cause the remote playback is not able to be played recorded videos.

Users can still play the recorded files on local display or directly access to NVR to individually play the videos on PC since all recorded files and recording function works normally. 

This case can be modified by upgrading NVR to current firmware:
